BSF DIG (Sector South) M.K. Negi said that the force is constantly assessing intelligence reports, tracking potential threats, and preparing counter-strategies to eliminate them.

- Full Deployment on 15 August: Every BSF officer will be on duty at the border for maximum security on Independence Day.
- Stronger Border Patrols: Increased foot and vehicle patrolling in sensitive areas along the India–Pakistan border.
